Fee Schedule

Date of Last Revision: September 14, 2026

This Fee Schedule is referenced in, and forms part of, the Tradepost Terms of Service (Section 6(b)), the Vaulting Addendum (Section 5(a)), and the Tradepost Processing Addendum (Section 9). It describes the fees that apply to your use of the Services. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Terms of Service and applicable Addenda.

1. How Pricing Works on Tradepost

When you buy on the Marketplace or in Live Trading, the price you see is the total, all-in price you will pay. There are no additional fees added. When you sell, the amount you see is your total, all-in net proceeds.

Tradepost's compensation for facilitating a Marketplace or Live Trading transaction is included within these all-in figures. It is not a separately stated rate, it may vary from transaction to transaction, and it may change at any time without advance notice, consistent with Terms of Service Section 6(b). Your agreement to the all-in price or all-in net proceeds shown for a given order is your agreement to the amount reflected in it.

Some fees are charged to you separately from a specific Marketplace or Live Trading order, because they relate to a service you elect independently, such as vaulting an asset or requesting Tradepost Processing. Those fees are stated below, disclosed to you before you incur them, and will only be changed on notice as provided in the Terms of Service.
